Finding Your Superpower
Now, you will discover your superpower! What we mean by that is that you will discover and reflect upon the unique strengths you already hold, as well as determine who your role models are. Week 4 of every session is Strengths Week at LAPU. During this week, LAPU will share motivational resources that will help you connect your strengths to your journey here and beyond.
The best way to discover your strengths is to reflect on your life. What are you good at? What do you enjoy doing? What are you passionate about? Who do you look to for inspiration?
As you reflect, you will find that you may already be using your strengths, and you may also find how to apply your strengths in even more ways. By taking the StrengthsFinder Assessment, you will discover your top five strengths, and you will apply your strengths throughout the remainder of the course as you create your plan for success.
Once you have a better understanding of your strengths, you can start to use them to your advantage. You are capable of great things, and we believe in you!
