Turnitin.com will not be available from 9am - 9pm PST on Saturday, July 26 due to a Turnitin scheduled maintenance. Any assignments requiring a turnitin submission will not be able to be uploaded during this time frame. Please plan accordingly.
Course.uc.apu.edu Update
The UC Course Portal will be undergoing a maintenance update from 8:00pm, Saturday, July 26th through 3:00am, Sunday, July 27th PST. Although no down time is anticipated, if you experience problems, please try again after that time period and be sure to empty your browser cache. Please keep offline copies of your work and plan accordingly.
UPDATE | Technical Support Portal Also Undergoing Maintenance.
Our Technical Support Portal will also be undergoing updates from 10:00pm, Saturday, July 26th, through 1:00am PST. During this maintenance window, the Live Chat, webform and knowledgebase will still be available in the Support Portal, however users may experience intermittent connection issues when using the Live Chat feature. This maintenance will not affect the phone service. You may call Technical Support 24/7 at 1-855-789-7042.
