We have just been notified that in addition to the Technical Support portal undergoing maintenance on Friday, June 5th, the Course Portal will also undergo maintenance. Details of each event are below.
Course Portal Maintenance
https://course.lapu.edu will be undergoing maintenance from 9:00 pm, Friday - 9:00 am Saturday, June 5-6, 2015. Although no down time is anticipated, if anyone experiences any problems, please try again after that time period and be sure to empty your browser cache. Please keep offline copies of your work and plan accordingly.
Technical Support Portal Maintenance
Technical support will be undergoing maintenance on our ticketing system. The Live Chat, webform and knowledgebase features will not be available in the Technical Support Portal from 10:00 pm, Friday - 1:00 am Saturday, June 5-6, 2015. If you require technical assistance during those hours please call 1-855-789-7042.
