We just recieved the following announcement from our tech support company:
We would like to inform you that maintenance to your institution's online support portal has been scheduled for Sunday, April 7, 2013 from 1:00 AM ET until 10:00 AM ET. Note that the accumulated time of any service interruptions will not exceed 10 minutes during the maintenance window.
During this maintenance window, Live Chat and the ability to submit trouble tickets will be made available however there may be intermittent issues. The Knowledgebase will not be made available during this maintenance window.
Please note that this maintenance affects only the support portal and there will be no impact to your Learning Management System.
