Welcome to #StrengthsWeek! Being strengths-based means that we focus on those innate qualities we have in order to make our best contribution - to our families, our jobs, our community, and our academics. Did you know that your strengths are not limited to the 34 strengths in the assessment for StrengthsFinder 2.0? There are a number of other ways to discover and develop your strengths. This session, we want to add to your tools in how you acknowledge your strengths.


Isaiah 32:8 says “An honorable man makes honorable plans; his honorable character gives him security” (New English Translation).
