UC Course Portal Access Resolved - 10/21/2016

Early this morning, this Course Portal (where you access your online courses) had technical difficulties that may have caused it to go offline for a period of time.  This outage may have continued throughout the day for some of our users. 

The outage was the result of a cyber attack on a DNS provider on the east coast that affected many major websites and companies. This was not an attack on our hosting company, and all of your user data is safe.

We have been informed by our hosting provider that the Course Portal is up and running again and available for you to access. 

If you are still having issues accessing the Course Portal, be sure to empty your web browser's cache. If you are unsure on how to do that, or if that does not resolve the issue, please contact our 24/7 Technical Support partner, whose contact information is found as a public link on the front page of the course portal.
