You must schedule an appointment with a Student Account Specialist sometime between Week 3 and Week 7. The earlier you schedule your appointment, the more flexibility you will have. Your Student Account Specialist will contact you to schedule an appointment.

Engage in a conversation with your Student Account Specialist. Discuss the following questions and topics:

  • Find your student bill in Student Services portion of the LAPU website and have it ready to review with your Specialist
    • You can view your student bill by visiting our Student Services page at my.lapu.edu (opens in new window).
    • You will log in then select "My Student Bill." Once you have reached your student bill you will need to use the drop-down menu at the top to select the appropriate semester. If you need help logging in to the Student Services page, please contact us.
  • If you are using financial aid, please have your most recent award letter that was sent to you ready to review. If you are not using financial aid please disregard.
  • Please make sure you are able to log-in to the Federal Student Aid (opens in new window).
    • You will discuss the importance of this site and how to actively monitor your federal financial aid.
  • How many classes do you have left for your degree and what is the total cost of your remaining tuition?

Upon completion of your conversation, your success coach will mark you as “present” for the week, and you will earn the Week 7 participation points.
