- Your Name
- Your Program Name
- Concentrations (if applicable)
- Assistant Dean for the Program
- Number of Courses Required
- Number of Credits Required
- Anticipated Graduation Date
- Success Coach Name
- Post your completed template in a PDF format and using the video recording tool, audio response, or writing option in the discussion post, address the following:
- What did you learn about your program as you conducted research?
- What are you most excited to experience in your program?
- What role do your strengths, faith, values, or morals play in your student journey?

DISCUSS
Post substantive responses to your colleagues. Responses could include suggestions for further resources, questions of clarification, or providing context and insight. Avoid simple posts of agreement, if you agree, explain why, and then thoughtfully further the conversation.

- Can you offer any insight or information to help your colleague be successful?
